Before you plan to landscape your home with trees or put in a new deck, please make sure you contact the Utility Notification Center of Colorado to verify where the utility lines are on your property. Please remember to contact the Grant Ranch Master Homeowners Association for approval as well.
Colorado Law (Senate bill 93-155) requires persons to notify the UTILITY NOTIFICATION CENTER OF COLORADO two business days, not including the day you call, prior to beginning any excavation. Notification may be made by calling 811 or visiting them online at www.uncc.org. Thank you for your assistance.
